Here are the steps to secure your safari booking:
Begin by submitting your inquiry after reviewing our guide and trip samples to get an understanding of your safari preferences.
Specify your desired package type (choose from our ready packages or request a tailor-made package), along with your preferred dates and group size.
Engage in consultations with us to explore various safari variations and receive recommendations. These consultations can take place through direct messaging, calls, or emails—whatever suits your convenience.
Once we’ve finalized your ideal safari plan, we will check the availability of group tour schedules or lodging accommodations. If everything is available, we’ll proceed with provisional reservations; if not, we’ll present alternative options for your consideration.
Upon your agreement with the reservations, we will provide payment details and issue an invoice for a deposit. The deposit amounts to 10% for camping safaris and 30% for lodging safaris. Luxury or tailor-made safaris may require a higher deposit.
After we’ve received and processed your deposit, we’ll send you a confirmation for your booking. Your safari adventure is now officially booked!
